Intech Manufacturing can implement plastic injection molding and rubber injection molding technologies to provide high quality and competitively priced plastic and rubber parts. These rubber parts are widely used in suspensions, brakes, engines, console dashboards, and steering systems.
Rubber injection molding is utilized to produce O-rings, injection mold covers, and handbrake covers, etc.
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing plastic parts by injecting molten material into a mold. Afterwards, the process would obtain a formed part after cooling. A variety of plastic materials are applicable to the production of plastic injection molded parts, including ABS, PC, reinforced PA and PE.
ABS features good impact resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, chemicals resistance and excellent electrical performance. However, its mechanical properties are not as good as PC.
PC features high strength, high elasticity, high impact strength, high transparency, low shrinkage, good dimensional stability, low fatigue durability and good weather resistance. Reinforced PA features high strength, high mechanical modulus, high abrasion resistance and high fatigue durability.
PE showcases good low-temperature resistance (the lowest working temperature is -100~-70℃), good chemical stability, and high resistance against acids and bases.
